Baskets Handmade by Women Refugees Living in Uganda

MONEY RECEIVED from the sale of baskets will provide funding for PeopleWeaver women's economic assistance projects.

The women who made these baskets fled with their families from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and are now living at the Kyangwali Refugee Settlement in Uganda (www.PeopleWeaver.org). Most of these women are widows who care for children; some are orphans caring for other orphans.
